Special Events Manager, St. Vincent

 To assist the Director of Special Events in co-ordinating and implementing all aspects of group events, site inspections and the overall successful operation of the department, in keeping with the orgnisation’s standards.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate meeting room bookings.
2. Assist with the set up and execution of special events.
3. Supervise events to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
4. Provide guest services to the client during an event and the duration of their stay.
5. Assist with the co-ordination and execution of site inspections.
6. Liaise with prospective clients to discuss and finalize details of their events.
7. Assist with preparation of proposals and contracts for potential clients.
8. Assist with conference related activities including client billing, payment of invoice; dispute resolution with client and vendors.
9. Perform any other duties assigned.
